What bug does the patch fix? What features does the patch add?

It fixes the stacking effect for Wound Poison in mangos-0.12. Currently you can have all 5 stacks and it does not reduce healing effects by 10% each stack. This patch will add the correct 10% reduce amount for each stack on the target.

This does not fix the dis-spell issue with poisons, that's a little unrelated to Wound Poison's stacking effect though.

For which Git revision was the patch created?

Is there a thread in the bug report section? If yes, please add a link to the thread.

Who has been writing this patch? Please include either forum user names or email addresses.

I did not write it, but some friend that goes by the alias "Subway" did for me. I can edit his email address in here later.

If this problem then it exist and with master branch spells with aura 118. For example, talent46910. We not apply patches for problems not fixed in master branch. And specially for patch, i not sure for safe side of patch changes.

I'm very certain Wound Poison is working in the master branch. It was apparently unable to be ported: http://getmangos.eu/community/showpost.php?p=65909&postcount=87

This would just fix the 0.12 branch since I believe it has been fixed. I can run a few tests on the master branch to double check it's fixed there, but I do believe it has been.
