[Bug] Rogue talent Savage Combat

Savage Combat (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=58413 (Rank2) and http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51682 (Rank1)) this talent adds the debuff "Savage Combat" on target and it never disappears until target stay alive. Only death can remove it. The debuff stayes even after relog. I think it should disappear after poisoning effect on target ends.

Not sure if it's just me but recently Savage Combat doesn't even get applied to players anymore.

The talent stills not working. I take a look at the spell and see that is pretty similar to Blood frenzy (29859). Someone knows what is the problem with this spell?
