How it SHOULD work: Your Rupture ability has a chance each time it deals damage to reduce the cost of your next ability by 40 energy.

How it DOES work: Dealdy poison can proc Clearcastin, and the cost of your next ability is reduced by 40 energy but if you use "Mutilate" or "Shiv" => Clearcasting buff isn't removed.
