How it SHOULD work : "Falling far enough to break your legs doesn't pull you out of stealth" (Fall damages should not break stealth ^^)

I was just playing with my druid yesterday on Blizzard an fall damage pulled me out fro stealth, so i don't think that's a bug.

With a rogue it doesn't break stealth.

maybe depends on the amount of damage

With a rogue it doesn't break stealth.

The rogue has a passive abilitie ... slow fall or something similar, maybe thats why it won't break it. I'll look into it
