Mangos run with windows 2003 Enterprise Server or Windows 2008 Enterprise Server? on mey server have a error : "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)."

That error means:

STATUS_SXS_CANT_GEN_ACTCTX (you haven't messed with the C:\\Windows\\winsxs folder, have you?)

Or...

ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Not sure what you are doing.

I am running my Windows x64 Build on my Windows 2003 Enterpeise x64 flawless.

Make sure you have all your windows updates. Otherwise sound like part of your OS is corrupted.

Geez, you don't have to install .Net Framework, as mangos don't use CLR, neither the whole Visual Studio 200* Express, you just need to install Visual C Runtime (about 5 mb from MS).
