Change to race with at_login

I want to know how to change the race with the column in at_login Characters.

I suppose you're talking about the "customize" functionality?

If yes, try :

player->SetAtLoginFlag(AT_LOGIN_CUSTOMIZE);

In fact, in the database Characters, table characters, there was a field called at_login

it allows

* 1 = Force character to change name

* 2 = Reset spells (professions as well)

* 4 = Reset talents

* 8 = Character Customization enabled

* 16 = Reset pet talents

and we would like is to do a change of race with the same system

And it works! because I saw it on a server

yes I have saw In a french server that they offer the possibility of re-personalize a character who has already been creating ...

In the server in question, we can change faction and race and other things.

I'm pretty sure they use the column "at_login" to make these changes.

Here is the information I could find on this column "at_login" (in the database Characters and the table characters):

1 = Force character to change name

2 = Reset spells (professions as well)

4 = Reset talents

8 = Character Customization enabled

16 = Reset pet talents

I think it should be possible to change the race and faction of characters who are already been created with the modification of the "at_login" column...

But I do not know the number that corresponds to the change of faction and race.

Can't the GM just do faction change in game? Or is that on Trinity? I can't remember.

with a php script you can switch the race/class of corse. look into the database section there are some php scripts maybe one of them will do what you want to :-)

Yeah but you may cause client crashes if you change the race of a character without changing its class
