Noob Icecrown Question

True confessions: I've never compiled a thing in my life. What I'd like to do, if at all possible, is make my own WoW Private Server, turn on some God-mode esque thing, and beat the Lich King (if not necessarily every inch of Icecrown Citadel).

Is this possible with mangos?

If not, is it possible to do so with some additions to mangos, or through some other type of emulation?

Or is this a silly pipe dream of mine?
