VC90 x64 Build (Fresh Repo)

I noticed a folder in "win" called x64 is created with a "Release" folder and file "Detour.lib" located in it.

I suspect compile is saving this file to wrong location and not in the proper "bin/x64_Release" folder.

Ok, confirmed this fixed it. I made the changes manually to my source but it DOES compile now properly

Now we just need someone to commit to repo.

This fix also needs to be backported to Mangos One.

I am VERY Surprised this has not been added to Master yet.
