Cata vs. MoP Development

Sadly, MoP private servers are not creatable due to flaws in realmlist files (They are non-existant).

you can use the config file for the releamlist in the config is save the releamlist so its not the problem =)

MoP doesn't have realmlist support.

go on wtf folder and open config.wtf look SET realmList "XXXX" working good tested same you can use for cata classic tbc wotlk you not need realmlist.wtf

To skip Cata would cause a gap in gameplay and it's fun learning to code by being able to play what is fixed.

MoP sucks, I had a friend do a scroll to try it out free for a week, it is awful. A working cata would be much better than MoP, consider why they are making it free, because it sucks and most people stopped playing for any price higher than free.

I've said it numerous times, but it seems nobody is paying attenion.

MaNGOS is your community! It is only what we all make it to be. This means everyone is expected to work together.

Talking about MoP support or waiting for others to begin development on a server will get you nothing.

For those of you who want a MoP server...

Start a project for it today!

There is no rule that forbids it. EVERY MEMBER is free to work upon whichever project they prefer.

This goes for core, database, scripting, documentation, utilities, and even client addons.
