Cross-faction heals, buffs and ress - 3.3.5a

Hello.

I edited my conf file to allow alliance-horde chatting, and parties.

The only problem is that you cannot heal someone from a different faction, even in group.

Only auras and "Holy Shock" works.

I tried to compile this:

Any solutions?

For this best solution was traitor patch, but no1 upgrade this. If u can just upgrade this to new Mangos ver will be nice

Tried, but sql tables and different so i can't restore characters. Plus this version is the only one that works with other players, i use:

As i remeber this is client problem and need workaround in mangos, this why i point on traitor patch coz this fix cross faction interaction even if u dont switch side.

I've not been able to locate the traitor patch anywhere

Nah, is still in BThallid repo. but outdate.

the traitor patch repo that i saw only contained the starting mangos repo at that time, there are no code changes from the mangos base

In TBC at least i know this works without any patches. Just enable mixed groups and you will be fine.

vanilla and tbc dont have this problem.
