disconnected by server

Hi and thanks for looking in.

I got this problem when i go in to Town (i dont know the Town name) when i go there i get dissconnected by the server then i cant log in again so i must restart the server so i can log in to my account again.

here is my server output of the thing that does it i Think i hope someone can say to me how to fix this.
