I don't see any mangos-tools in the 3.3.5a git clone

the only folders I got from the 3.3.5a server are:

database

scripts

server

[antz]

there may not have been one !

I have now recreated the mangosthree/tools repo, many thanks Merlinium

glad I can at least give back something, as I have been using mangos for years now, rebuilding a new server for family and personal use every couple of years, but I am not a coder, I am however a hardware guru, and can put a PC into anything.
