Any Mangos Zero installation guide?

I'm trying to setup and run a Classic server using the Mangos Zero core. But the wikipage for it seems to be incomplete.

https://github.com/mangoswiki/Wiki/wiki/Installing%20MaNGOS%20Zero%20on%20Windows guides me through some of the initial steps but then it stops dead at Compiling Mangos Zero.

Anyone know a complete guide with everything from setting up the server to extracting the WoW files and running the server?

I think you can find a more complete guide here: https://github.com/mangoswiki/Wiki/wiki/WindowsInstallVM, just follow it and disregard any VM parts, also, i think that MadMax wrote something about this. Will see if i can find it, one sec
