how to install ace with visual studio

hey i have tryed to build and install ace for cmake i have builded it but i dont know how to install it i have see the small guide Thelude have maked

I understand everything except this:

C:\Program Files\ACE\6.0.8\lib\ contains all .dll, .lib, and .exp files created during the ACE build.

C:\Program Files\ACE\6.0.8\include\ace\ equals the ace directory from the ACE source archive.

but can any of you describe more precisely because do not understand it
