okay but it say it have builded it but it also say it have skipped 2 projekts? what dose that mean??? are they all ready build or?

The two projects are CMake specific projects. One checks if the Visual Studio project files are up to date or need to be regenerated. The 2nd one is the INSTALL project, which can be used to install mangos-zero.
