Where is the language parser?

Does anyone know where the WoW language parser is located in the database? I'm just curious as to how it works and I want to take a look at it.

I mean the thing in the WoW database that translates text into the racial languages.

Yes. That is exactly what I mean.

I could be mistaken, but i believe that is a function of the client rather than mangos

- mangos sends lol to the client (along with an languageId). The client does the rest.
