[MangosFour] map problem

Hi, i just compil mangosfour 5.4.1 but i have a little problem, when i run the mangosd.exe i have an error about map..

2014-02-27 21:20:52 ERROR:Map file './maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.

2014-02-27 21:20:52 ERROR:Correct *.map files not found in path './maps' or *.vmtree/*.vmtile files in './vmaps'. Please place *.map and vmap files in appropriate directories or correct the DataDir value in the mangosd.conf file.

i don't understand why, because i have the map of 5.4.1 version..

You do realise that you can only get as far as the character creation screen atm ?
