Need help..

Hello, hello... I have no idea what MaNGOS really is or anything. But apparently I need it to teleport to location in World of Warcraft private servers (especially the white room on GM Island) ... so I downloaded MaNGOS 2 (I didnt know which one to get) and what the hell is it? Is it suppose to be a program? I dont know how to use this thing, so I need to install it? HOW? please help, and sorry for the noobness. I just want to be able to reach the GM Island Room with ... apparently this? " .go xyz 16227.799805 16403.400391 -64.380402 " ??? how do I get this to work so I can type that in and port there. Much appreciated .. I may have posted this in the introduction forum accidentally sorry about that.

Ok... from the top... Mangos is a private server project for World of Warcraft covering all the expansions.

The Mangos you downloaded (Mangos 2) is for Wow 3.3.5a - Wrath of the Lich King.

- You will need that specific patch to allow you to extract data and set up your server.

I thought as much, but can I use it on other people's private servers ? I just want to use it to teleport to locations. More specifically the prison under GM Island. and it's good that I got one for 3.3.5a because thats the what I want.

on other servers, you would need permission to use the teleport command
