Yes it does and it was updated recently. Check https://github.com/mangostools/aowow

I use an older version of aowow, modified it a bit to work better with my custom items, but aowow is pretty awesome, and you can use it in place of the wowhead tooltips thingy (put cursor over item, and it shows stats) Pretty simple to use.
