Planned Site Outage (Discussion Thread)

Hi all,

We are planning a site-wide outage next week. A further reply to this post with dates and times will be made as we get closer.

The outage is expected to last no more then 3-4 hours.

During this time the entire getMaNGOS website will be unavailable. You should expect to see a page from our CDN (Cloudflare) that the server cannot be reached.

For those interested I will be virtualising the entire getMaNGOS setup onto a brand new server.

New server specs:

• Dell R320
  
• Intel Xeon CPU E5-2430 (Six core @ 2.5Ghz)
  
• 40GB ECC 1600mhz RAM (Registered)
  
• 4x 1TB WD Enterprise level HDD (Sata) (Raid 10)

Site outage date and time expected to be: 03/02/15 @ 5:45PM.

All migration work completed.

As an added bonus the datacentre even gave us a 1GB connection for free!
