MangosZero Ra Issu.

hey im Trying to make a web shop work. i'm using fusion CMS ofc. and i choices to use Ra as connection between website and server. i used my own account, there have rank 4. so it should't be the issue. but when i buy stuff on my web shop the world server says this:

and the log say this:

2015-03-01 16:08:02 Incoming connection from 5.196.39.163.

2015-03-01 16:08:05 User account 6 has failed to log in.

2015-03-01 16:08:05 Connection was closed.

but i have checked and the login information is right! so what can i do to fix this?
