Database errors on start

I am seeing the exact same thing that was mentioned on this old thread;

However I am using code pulled only two days ago. The server seems to play alright (I have yet to find anything that might be affected by those errors).

I installed using these directions from your wiki;

https://www.getmangos.eu/wiki.php (I had to fill in the blanks a bit as that guide no longer is an exact match, and a number of the steps are now either wrong or outdated)

The old thread mentioned this had been seen and fixed and to try the updated made in the Rel20 branch of Two. I was wondering if that is still a valid directive, and if so what is the update procedure to use that data.

OK...lets try a different angle....

I am not sure the DB is setup properly in my Mangos Two install, so could someone please share the steps for a proper Mangos Two DB install using Mangos Two Rel18? (Given the wiki directions do not match up to what is actually in github).
