I am absolutely confused with revision names

Hello my question is could someone explain these different aspects of what does rel21 means because when I go to downloads:

There's like Mangos Zero rel21(develop21) or something similar.

Then there's Mangos One rel21(develop21) and I am kinda lost. So umh... which is which?

And I forgot how to do step by step installation of compiling the source etc... I've seen guides on wiki, followed r21 and Mangos Zero and run into issue where it comes to compiling the source. Could someone point me to the right place where is guide for Mangos Zero please?

And the last question is: Can I install Mangos Zero without compiling the source? Thanks in advance people.

Develop21 on any repo is the latest.
