The best thing you should do is to recreate mangos db (realmd and characters should be fine). Are you on linux or windows?

Thanks to Gabriele, the error was in mangosd.konf file, I have the wrong database name, and does not have a folder for DataDir. Now I unpack maps hopefully everything will be fine. Thanks again Gabriele you're a great guy I hope we'll meet again.

You don't need to specify a folder for Data dir, default will make the core look for the root directory...

Yes, is not necessary. However, in my opinion, is better to store the maps/vmaps/mmaps and dbc in data subfolder; just to avoid confusion in server folder. The main issue was the wrong db names in the mangosd.conf file
