if you are runnning the master branch of Zero rather than the Rel19 branch of Zero try this....

Open mangosd.conf in notepad

select 'Save As' from the menu.

At the bottom change encoding to 'ANSI' and save it.

Thank you i tried this hot fixx yet same error code

"Could not find configuration file /opt/mangos-server/etc/mangosd.conf."

i will compile the rel19 branch

I got something similar. Maybe it helps.

It took me a day to realize, that the file didnt change into a config file after changeing the name.

I had to change the settings (How to Show File Extension in Windows 7 - Ask About Tech) and then i saw, that

there was still "realmd.conf.in" after changeing that, it was finally a config data and my server started.

Dont know if it is your issue
