Not true, if i heal myself and buff with fortitude, i don't get any quest credit, instead healing the guard it work fine.
Clunk! Quest don't recognize the item quest

malachiel posted a bug in Mangos Zero

I noticed this quest if you try to speak with the chicken it just show the quest requiring the chicken food, that is buyable from near npc, For fix this quest i read here I changed the SpecialFlag of that quest (id 3861) from 1 to 0, and the quest is full working and you can obtain the chicken pet.
