  1. This is a continuation of my planned starting zone playthroughs for each race up to level 10. During these playthroughs I will document any bugs or issues that occurs and add them to the MangosThree bug tracker page. While I have no experience with development or coding, perhaps these documented experiences will help any future Cataclysm players know what to expect. I will also upload a separate post pertaining to mostly UI bugs. Night Elf Druid 1 - 10 - wisps don't float, fly correctly - "Strigid Owl" have red hostile bar color when they should be yellow neutral colored - "Seek Redemption" fel cones items are sometime under the world floor, unable to click - Darnassus has "love boats" floating around and moving on land - "Natures Reprisal" quest item doesn't proc for objective completion

Draenei Priest 1 - 10 - "Aid the Injured" priest quest, healing nps'c does not proc quest completion - "The Emitter" - duplicate story NPC gets spawned - "Hippogryph Master Stephanos" NPC Stephanos does not appear for quest turn in Blood Elf Mage 1 - 10 - "Arcane Mage spell is uncastable - "Unable to loot "Cracked Power Core", get a "Can't carry anymore of that item" error - "Summon Water Elemental" Mage spell summons an Earth Elemental

Troll Druid Level 1 - 10 - "Proving Ground" NPC dialogue does not appear to further quest completion - "Never Trust a Big Barb and a Smile" quest item doesn't collect quest objectives - "Starfire" Druid spell does not cast - "Entangling Roots" Druid spell does not immobilize target - Troll druid forms do not appear on shapeshift, uses Tauren druid forms - "The Wolf and the Kodo" NPC dialogue does not appear for quest completion - "Thunder Down Under" interacting with quest objects do not complete objective - Frizzled" NPC dialogue does not appear for quest completion

Worgen Druid and Goblin Warrior level 1 Worgen - 2nd quest after character creation , "Something's Amiss" does not proc scripted event or NPC to turn quest in. Unable to proceed in zone or level up from here. Goblin - Accepting quest from quest giver NPC "Foreman Dampwick" cause other available quest to disappear. - Turning in "Kaja'Cola" cause MangosThree server to crash. Unable to log back in until restarting services on server. Unable to proceed further from this quest. Edit: Goblin - It is actually the quest "Megs in Marketing" that causes the "mangosd" service to stop on the server, not "Kaja'Cola". Fix is to restart services
  5. Continued. Undead Rogue 1-10 playthrough - /roar unlocks "Twin Peaks Mountaineer" achievment - floating "Silverleaf" herbalism plants - target bars are greyed out until combat starts

Undead Rogue Level 1 through 10. - "The Shadow Grave" NPC does not accompany you during quest - "Beyond the Grave" NPC does not accompany you during quest - "Recruitment" NPC does not interact with quest objectives - "Ever So Lonely" quest item does not proc objective completion - "A Scarlet Letter" NPC quest dialogue does not appear to proc scripted event. Scripted hostile NPC is already spawned in before scripted time - "Johann's Experiment" doesn't proc scripted event or next quest upon completion - "Supplying Brill", incorrect quest giver, should be "Deathguard Morris", not "Annette the Bathandler" - "A Thorn in Our Side" duplicate named quest NPC has spawned - "Holland's Experiment" turn in doesn't proc event - "Planting Seeds of Fear" quest NPCs do not react for quest completion

This post is for UI and other non quest related bug encountered. From Dwarf 1-10 playthrough. - Character can loot mobs killed by NPCs. - Duplicate "quest complete" icons (?) on mini map. - Questbox does not auto close when clicking "Complete Quest". - Completing quest does not proc sound effect. - Profession menus have "Word of Recall (OLD)" text. Will add to this list during other playthroughs.

Dwarf Shaman Level 1 through 10. - First aid quest item for "Aid for the Wounded" can be used on non objective NPCs, creatures, enemies, and self for completion. - Completing "Trip to Ironforge" quest does not proc tunnel collapse scene. - Completing "Pack your bags" does not proc the Gyrocopter ride to Kharanos. Milo's Gryocopter is not present next to NPC. - "Ride to Ironforge" NPC dialogue for Gryphon ride to Ironforge does not appear. Flight paths do not appear. - Unable to complete "Forced to watch from afar" quest as quest NPC dialogue does not appear. - Bear creatures do not spawn in Dun Morogh, unable to complete "Stocking Jetsteam" quest. - "Pushing Forward" quest item does not proc on quest item, unable to complete quest. - "The Ultrasafe Personnel Launcher" quest does not proc the mountable transport for quest completion. - "View from down here" quest item does not register objective completion when used on objectives. - "Strike from Above" quest item does not proc when at objective site.
  9. I am trying to set up a mangosthree server and I am at the extraction process. Copied my 4.3.4 client from a windows device to the /gamedata folder on debain 12 host and ran the "ExtractResources.sh" Received error in the added link Also uploaded logs Can confirm there IS a vmaps and maps directory and they are empty Is my client jacked? UPDATE: vmaps-assembler did not get copied over to /gamedata folder copied over and ran manually, extraction successful. Now just getting a "you have been disconnected from server" error... CLI output MaNGOSExtractor.log MaNGOSExtractor_detailed.log
