You are removing it only for save case?
Because if you also remove it for entering combat is bad.

You mean this patch will make credit for kill be awarded to all party for quests implemented with scripts which require you to kill a family of mobs like "kill shadow council members" that use a kill credit to increase the quest counter?
Well if so, should be reviewed because the problem exists.

Thanks Sephiroth. And the same fix for the others spells (hamstring, overpower,shield bash) is needed, I think.
On my level 70 character only Intercept had this problem, other spells became unique ranked (first rank) and visible without additions.

I noticed with new energy regen, talents like Adrenaline Rush, Vitality are still regenerating with old fashoned way
Apply Aura: Mod Power Regen % (3)
This gives strange regeneration, like big burst energy regen in some moments, can someone confirm?
Another big problem: Mana regen is the same if you are casting or not...

If your testers have problem of Intercept not visibile in spell book is because before fix only last rank was shown, fixed with this:
UPDATE `character_spell` SET `active` = '1' WHERE `spell` = '20252';

I think at this forum problem with post reading
I write already: fix only fix way how spell bonuses calcuclated in Weapon effect. I specaill point in my last post that still exist big problem in damage calculation.
Problem in totally different place, related to 2 time spell bonuses apply, in effect and in post effects proccesing full spell damage apply. This not related to applied patch amd fixes for patch. This has bee before patch and still problem after patch. And appliend not only for this spell but to any weapon damage dependent effects based non-physical damage from spells.

Yeah, the same has been done for Pounce.
Hope is in svn soon because Mutilate rogues without this fix are too nerfed in 3.0.9.

I don't think is fixed yet, I got 2 hits for 1890 damage from Seal of Command in 1 second.. non-crit.
Maybe now is about coefficient outdated and proc chance?
Edit: another test:
XXX's Seal of Command Hits YYY For 3621 Holy. (critical)
keep in mind our test server is level 70 maxlevel.

You will have the template for 369 UDB for sure, it was added in 3.0.8a :\\

Note: In patch 3.0.3 energy regeneration became a smooth regeneration. This means that instead of regenerating chunks of 20 energy every tick, you now regenerate 1 energy every decisecond (ie every one tenth of a second).
This fix is needed, if someone needs a video (I don't know why) that prooves the new regen rate send me a pm.

This will fix for example some spells that use this aura for regenerating pet's hapiness.
Nice, some examples? Your fix makes sense, I noticed this change in that kind of aura with new client.

ìWhile you are at paladins Judgement of Command dmg is bugged same way as Seal of command proc at the moment.
Hm that can be related to float damage changed to percent with new client
maybe mangos is missing a spell flag to check if damage is float or percent modifier.
Many Judgements have the same problem, but I was focusing on reporting overpowers for now.

ApoC could have been mislead by the user and didn't check for spell values you mentioned, but his intention was good and to fix something important.
Better lower power than over power, for sure.

How it should work: Exotic pets like Core Hound (pet family 45) should only be tameable by hunters who have latest talent in beast mastery tree which has the following effect:
Effect #1 Apply Aura: Persuaded (1) Value: 1
