Timed quest expired still shows in quest log
Alright. I don't know which quest id is right. According to my GM account, Ivarr's Antidote as two quest ids, 3521 and 3522.
I took Ivarr's Antidote without ever realising that it was a timed quest because I was just trying to level my PC alt and didn't read the quest. So, the cause of this bug is my fault, but the fact that the bug is there is a little odd. I took Ivarr's Antidote and it expired and it is still in my quest log. I thought that timed quests were suppose to abandon themselves whenever you mess up like this.
