Question
iltuocapo
I enabled telnet on Mangosd
Then I connected to server via putty, setup for Telnet protocol of course.
I regularly get the Welcome to Mangos and login prompt
But I systematically get disconnected right after I type the username in.
Checking the log, what happens is that the server gets a number of control chars before the username, which comes in "dirty" and does not get recognised by the server (which therefore kicks the connection).
I suspect the issue has to do with setting some preferences on Putty, client-side.
Anyone can suggest which of the various settings should I check to "clean" the text arriving to the server?
Thanks!
Ciao
