mangos zero Edit cooldown on item?

Trying to remove CD on Aqual Quintessence. How do I do this/

I would start looking into the db, table "item_template", and fiddle with the cooldown fields

Or, look for the referenced spell inside the item record, and fiddle with the spell's cd.
