"this application was unable to start correctly" giving me this error.

how to fix with movemapgenerator.exe?

My only ideas left are:

• check client version and utility version correspondence, though a small difference should not matter
• check if the client is not broken
• also, for mmap generator, the client folder must contain extracted previously map/ and vmap/ ones

Have you got the ace.dll in the folder with the movemapgenerator.exe ?

fixed that, got a new error.

 

error reading modelspawn, file name to long!

Never encountered that. I believe it might happen due to a too deep folder level for the working directory of map generator, i.e. wow client folder. The models have really long file names, so overall full path can exceede 255 chars. So again, under "F:\Games\WoW Client" I never encountered the error.

Have you tried with the prebuilt releases? See if it works with those ?

Are you sure the utility may write to that folder then? With no UAC intervening so on...
