mangos three Fly mode don't work

When i enter command ".gm fly on" it's says me "(My nick)'s fly mode",but i can't fly... why?

This is a known issue for mangos three.

Can you please provide more details? Which version of Mangos are you using and for which client of WOW? Where are you in the world when you try to fly? Other gm commands are working? Thank you :-)

i using in in mangos three,in world i using command in start map of undead's
