so

i have the vanilla repack as well as the game installed

is it possible to download FROM the DISC of wow i have to fit TBC in and then patch it? or what repack would help me without having to install the 15gb of TBC

TBC is downloaded but i cant seem to find a ready to use repack that works

Repacks are generally a bad idea was the clients are usually modified on some way.

Sadly it's normally a case on apply all the updates from Classic to TBC 2.4.3 or obtaining a TBC client and patching that to 2.4.3.

If you speak to @madmax, he may be able to provide you with some of the patches you need.
