Briefly: turning an instantiable map (like BG or dungeon one) into a usual map is impossible.

A fully consistent way to do that would be related to a client files editing followed by DBC reextraction.

However you could try to clear "instantiable" attribute from the corresponding map while loading Map.dbc. It might work but not should since the client will understand the map as instantiable one still.

Enabling the sole map instance for an instantiable map is a more consistent and technically even simpler way, but it requires hacky changes to the core too.
