Error on fresh install of database

I'm trying to get back into MaNGOS. I'm looking to get back to coding, but I need to catch up a bit. I used one of the prebuilt binaries and ran the batch-file in the databases folder to setup a clean server on a brand new database server. Setup is as follows.

Dell R820 (40c/80t, 1TB of ECC RAM, 16 SAS SSD drives across two H710 PERC RAID controllers) is the base. I run Windows Server 2022 on it with only Hyper-V installed. It is NOT domain-joined and uses different credentials than domain admin, creating an "air-gap" for security. All VMs are also Windows Server 2022 and are domain-joined. I run MariaDB (the latest version) on a brand-new VM with the short hostname "sv01" and the long one hidden to protect my domain name. A VM with the hostname "WOW01" is going to run Zero, One, and Two. It currently has six cores and 32GiB of RAM assigned, but I can go to much, much more if needed. I log into the VM as a normal domain user, not an admin. This is also for security reasons.

I downloaded the latest build from GitHub (September 2nd, IIRC), extracted the contents of the zip, and ran the batch file in the databases folder to setup my databases. I have granted root access only from localhost and from the FQDN of the WoW VM. After gathering my info, it created and populated the world database. Then it tried to do the character database and I got this.

Not sure what happened here. Clean install of official Microsoft Windows Server 2022 on the host and all VMs. I installed MariaDB just before trying this, so the database is brand-new and nothing exists yet. Is this an error overlooked in the SQL or was I supposed to do something else prior to running the installation batch file? I couldn't find any real guides on the prebuilt stuff. I am using prebuilt because I will be developing on a different Dell EMC server (T140, also has RAID and all, but smaller) that will be running Artix Linux. It will use the same DB server. I just wanted to get it up and going beforehand.

So where should I begin?

I'm at work right now, will try in a bit. I'm going to wipe the database server clean and do everything fresh again. I will update as soon as I have done so.

That did it. Clean install with no errors or warnings. Now I get to dig into the configuration files, do the map extraction, and all of the other fun things.
