How it DOES work: Throw doesnt work properly .When I try to cast Throw on a creature who is before me , it say : "you must be behind the target".

This was obvious to me too, throw only works when the target isn't facing you, and does not work while in combat at all. simple to reproduce, just create a new rogue and throw some daggers at the mobs around the start zone

It's currently working when you are in combat.
