[Bug] Summoning Stone / Portal

When i click the summoning stone while in a group.

The effects are there & working , but the portal doesnt appear. Hence, u cant click & summon targeted player

I can confirm this too. But also the portals from Dalaran doesn't work.

I can confirm this too.

Every portal I try around the world don't work, this includes Dalaran and Shattrat portals. Mangos 9330, UDB 387, scriptdev 1571.

Mage portals work though.

Have tried doing a work around using them, but once spawned by a GM, they stop working. Only works when the mage casts the spell itself.
