Sayoc in Orgrimmar

I need help with one of the weapon trainers. His name is Sayoc in Orgrimmar and he does not want to train anyone. I want to ask you how can i change this. I searched in the DB in NPC trainer but couldn't find him there. I would be very grateful if somebody help me!

Ok Sayoc is in the database... entry 11868

There is also 6 entries in npc_trainer for him too

Salja is on holiday for a few weeks, but i'll see what i can find in the meantime
