Sluggish forums

This server has started to feel sluggish. Every page click takes over 4 seconds no matter which browser i use. I have seen this on other forums as I usually use Firefox, but changing browsers sometimes fixes sluggish servers but this one gives long page loads on every page with every browser.

On the bottom of every forum page I see something similar to:

Page created in 4.067 seconds with 18 queries.

Any known way to fix this?

So far there is no update about this situation. But at least you're not alone with this issue.

We will attempt a housekeeping / clean up this evening to see if that helps
