Cannot get mangos running map problem! plz help

2014-01-23 11:57:26 ERROR:Map file './maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.

2014-01-23 11:57:26 ERROR:Correct *.map files not found in path './maps' or *.vmtree/*.vmtile files in './vmaps'. Please place *.map and vmap files in appropriate directories or correct the DataDir value in the mangosd.conf file.

Ive ran the ad.exe and got the maps put them in the map directory and it doesnt make a difference. Can anyone please help me.

By the way im trying to run vanilla, on windows 7, its the right version of wow 1.12.1, i opened it before i extracted the maps and I have the vmaps also, i tried editing the map path but i get the same error
