Trying to Fix 4.3.4 druid forms

Ok, im trying to "repair" the model ids from druids, in the Spellshapeshiftform.dbc At colum 8, i can see the displayid of the CatForm, bear form, etc. But i have a question.

Where are the other displayids?

In the column 8 there are the displayids of the alliance /nightelfs, where are the displayids of the Cat and Bear form of Wargen, trolls, etc etc?
