mangostwo failed to launtch Rel20

OK i got it all compiled and stuff moved the file were they need to be and its failing to run completely there was no error in compiling

this is the error i am geting

Which Os are you running the server on ?

windows 7 64bit got it fixed seams the msvc2013.dll was corupted fixed it, difrent problem how, i got it up and running and stuff friends can connect but i cant locally
