1 already complied server is for linux or win ?

2 if i want to change some game var like exp gain speed ,boss hp etc..

3 if i want to do more change i should svn the latest code? and what is the lang of code,like java? c# or python?

1) Linux or Windows are supported

2) You can do it through configuration files or database depending on the type of change you want to perform.

3) Yes, you need to get it from github. The language is C++ with a DB layer.
