[Mangos Zero] can't have other languages? even if i set in config and have its files,

hi all. this can go for any version of wow.

i wonder have can i accept other languages like ingame names and guild names, and other stuffs like so. even NPC ones if i want to?

i dont care if i need to add some fonts to a MPQ file and send around. but last time i tryd it did not cahnge the font ingame:(

i have tryd to changed the encoder for the Database with no luck,,, it kinda show me no realm list instead.

i also tryd to set the config to like East-Aisa, or Test server or development, but this does not help....

I think you can with the correct WoW game client. But I never tested it

i use the files for it. this is either Server Side in C++ code or MySQL part. i dont know how to allow it, i mean blizzard can why cant i? so maybe its due to the older claints but still..... im not sure whats wrong.

its just whould be cool to allowd it to have it more internatinal freindly or just for the sake of fun to use diffrent names, i mean if i write quest in other language then english or latin alphabet noone will be able to se it,,,,

This may be indeed related to the network protocol used in Mangos. I guess all the developers were European or North-American with no Chinese or Japanese keyboard (so unable to easily test other languages).

Russian made it, why not you ? You can also jump in to dig further about this and reports back your updates (and then hopes some help from us too) :-)

Sure I can give it a look i have a fully installed chinese version of Windows 10 pro. I just wonder would you have any clue where I can like find this info in the source code? Or what i might can look for? If not it's OK I can try and look for like words.

but i will do more testing to see if it database or core side. i have edit same raw in the code. and i will just check if that was needed. if so i will submit it if thats ok to do... id ont know?

I think that locale support is manage in core (the fact that you use English, Chinese or other...) but the translations themselves are stored in the database at the location it expects to find it (for Instance, English is the default field, while French could be field1 and son on).

oo i see. well i have changed my Database language to chinese. and then it works. i try to add some stuff like japanese and korean to core but it seems to have no effect. maybe its what language your Database are in thats tells the server what to use.

ok i think i finded the problem.... its database relateted. if i ahve my database at normla it cant accept chinese character, but if i ahve it for chinese it can accept both.

well it whould be fun but im trying to learn the language myself. its abiot hard i dont go to school and so on. ia hve really bad experiance with school. i kinda thorw out $739 to learn japanese and the teacher sucked hehehe..... but when i learn i might can try to help it whould be fun to give something to the comunity rather then just use the stuff,

well it was a lua script will see if i can find with one i only have likee 4.... but then i wonder not fully suportend? when its only one quest not working. thats whould be really intressteing but well i finded out the problem not everything works.

update: if you set you realm database you can other acccount names and so on. like mine http://puu.sh/kMjoh/d62ee41982.jpg i just thought its fun^^ means Six Apple hehe. but well i can have it account name i jsut thoguht its kinda cool
