[Mangos Zero] Escort quests

All NPCs which should give out escort quests I cannot talk to in develop21.5. How can I go about solving this? Thank you.

If the programmers did no mistakes it should work by the right entry in the SQL-database. But where exactly I dont know anymore. I think somewhere in a quest table. Either the mistake is in the source code or in the database.
