Due to you using XP, I will build you a copy of Mangos Zero in Visual Studio 2013 in a little bit and post it.

You should see a copy of Mangos Zero attached to this post, let me know how you get on.

It might be you may need to try a computer with a newer operating system for this to work, I no longer have an XP system to test these builds on.

Can you try downloading this one, noticed some files missing.

Do keep in mind you need to setup the database which is explained in one of the guides. You might be better downloading a community edition of visual studio and compiling the server on the system you plan to run it on.
