How are you unable to speak with him?
Unable to open gossip/quest turn in window? window opens but quests can not be turned it?
If its quest related please provide the quest name.

Looking at the tracker, you seem to be playing a female human warrior. Is this correct?(Sometimes class, race and or gender can all play a part in this)
