Hello,
The item that drops at the end of Wailing Caverns called "Glowing Shard" ID=10441 is supposed to start a quest called "The Glowing Shard" ID=6981 available for both Alliance and Horde, but when trying to accept quest as alliance prompts "That Quest is not available to your race. There is a Follow-up quest called "In Nightmares" ID=3370 for alliance only so it must be available to alliance too.
