[SPELL][BUG]Devouring Plague

talent is fixed but Spell power works not correct ( wrong calculated the spell power ) for all Spells or talent ( now this talent is buggy = spell power wrong calculated ) i hope u understand me, u get about 150 % on spell power and only 100 % is correct, but that is a deep bug on the core

with this talent ( spell ) u can every second 3500-6000 damage ( Instant cast ) on every players, and that is extremly to high

this talent need a cooldown, that is a good idea ( 10 seconds )

shadow Priest now extrem overpowerd with this mega fu talent or spell

is this happening after 9857 too? if you say it is wrong calculated what is right amount? Also spell_bonus_data doesn't have values for 63675 which is talent spell used for damage dealing.."100% is correct" is it information from retail? I haven't found any confirmations =\\

that is not the problem with this talent, the spell power ist the problem

example u have SP: 3000 = 20 % = only 600 Bonus damage on your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=48300 = maximal 2000 damage instant, but u get on core 9871 3500- 6500 damage, dunno why

that is not the problem with this talent, the spell power ist the problem

instant can have its own spell power bonus.. need to confirm if it is 0% or whatever..

i made a little test - 2037 spellpower, shadow priest (shadow talents), no procs, only 5 Shadow Weawing

theory:

1936 - 1944 dmg, with sp (160%) +3259 = 5195 - 5203 untalented, tick for 650 (i this part i dont know how exactly all bonuses stack with each other, but the difference is 223 damage - cca 34% increase)

reality:

8x tick for 873 dmg, Imp. Devouring instant for 2650 = 6984x0,3=2095,2*1,15 (ShadowForm) = 24 9 * 1,1 (Darkness) = 2650

no problem on my side

But, maybe there is a problem. Imp. Devouring Plague instant damage is afficted with Shadowform+Darkness twice, becouse all bonuses are in damage calculation itself (6484 base). But i dont know if it is a problem or not.

I think that Shadowform and Darkness shouldn't increase the Imp. Devouring Plague instant, because your Shadowform already increase your Devouring Plague, and thus the instant effect.

15% is not total instant damage , its the base damage , something like basepoints for a regular spell. Currently it benefits from all damage increasing bonuses like any regular spell, but instant spell also gets some bonus damage from spell power due to lack of record in spell_bonus_data. idk if this should happen or not and it might be the source of high damage problem, however i haven't found any retail data regarding instant damage and not over time one
